BEAUTIFUL LIES UGLY TRUTH

We are pleased to release the anti-menthol PSA titled “Beautiful Lies Ugly Truth”.

Featuring youth from CMCH’s youth marijuana and tobacco prevention program, STAND, as well as youth from APICAT and SIHB, we created this video to draw attention to the harms of menthol cigarettes and to make our youth’s voices heard in speaking out against big tobacco’s targeting of minority communities. The video was created by the Tobacco, Marijuana, and other Drugs (TMoD) work group of the Healthy King County Coalition as part of the work group’s effort to build community awareness and support strategies to reduce the impact of tobacco, marijuana, and other drugs.
