BSK invests in prevention and early intervention strategies that promote healthier, more resilient children, youth, families and communities.
The BSK: Healthy and Safe Environments grant will support work on healthy and safe environments in four investment areas – healthy food/food access, physical activity, unhealthy substances and dangerous products, and safe & health-promoting environments. APICAT will work with the Youth Advisory Group to develop counter-advertising campaigns and focus on efforts to reduce exposure of youth and young adults to unhealthy substances, such as tobacco, vapor products, marijuana.
